Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably with EPC project background
• Proficient knowledge of structural design codes such as IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale projects and guiding engineering teams
• Ability to perform quality reviews and resolve complex engineering challenges
• Valid travel ability (up to 15%)
• PE License (preferred)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience leading design for large EPC projects
• Additional expertise in vendor coordination, technical report writing, and client engagement
• Proven success in sales, marketing, and securing new business opportunities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience
• EPC project experience highly preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment, delegate tasks, and manage project budgets and schedules
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
