Transactional Construction Associate Attorney Needed for Growing AM 100 Law Firm (Hybrid Remote Eligibility) We are a leading AM 100 law firm specializing in corporate, business law, complex litigation, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and government affairs. We are looking for a mid‑ to senior‑level Transactional Construction Attorney to join our New York office. Responsibilities Represent owners and developers in all phases of residential and commercial construction projects. Draft and negotiate design, engineering, consulting, and construction agreements. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to the New York Bar. 5+ years of experience representing owners and developers in construction of commercial and residential real estate. Strong knowledge of construction case law and New York Lien Law. Transactional real estate experience in development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and/or financing is a plus.
