ServiceNow Principal Consultant

What You’ll Do Are you a hands‑on ServiceNow expert who thrives on solving complex business challenges? Ignyte is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Consultant who is passionate about creating innovative solutions across various industries that address critical business problems using the latest digital technologies. You’ll be challenged daily as you will play a key role in leading multiple project types to successful completion. Your everyday tasks can range from working with clients to plan and implement their technology solutions, to generate operational reports or KPI analysis, and to work with designers to create user interfaces. What We’re Looking For 5 years of ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration experience Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio Experience designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions for large‑scale projects Ability to act as a mentor and advisor to technical consultants and clients Excellent at troubleshooting both technical and business process issues 2 years experience managing a ServiceNow team developing solutions Client‑centric with strong communication and presentation skills as well as a dedication to building long‑standing partnerships Experience developing and presenting solution demonstrations Holds ServiceNow Certification – Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS‑CSM) & Certified Application Developer (CAD) DC area candidates preferred. If outside of DC, preference to candidates in Pacific Time, especially Sacramento, CA. What You’ll Do Engage as a primary architect on projects to set architectural direction and lead/support the development team in implementing client solutions with ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and custom development Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow’s top enterprise and public sector customers Responsible for front‑to‑end solutions delivered on the ServiceNow platform Develop a keen understanding of the solutions we implement and our customer’s business Engage as a primary technical point of contact with executive‑level clients, supporting engagement and program managers Support business development and pre‑sales activities as the technical lead/architect Provide expert‑level support and technical mentoring to the implementation team Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and the products we implement What You’ll Gain Exciting Projects: Work on demanding and rewarding projects that provide exposure to business issues and challenges in a variety of industries Professional Growth: Ignyte invests in your development by providing continuous training and career opportunities.
