Responsible for monitoring DLP alerts, performing initial triage, escalating incidents, supporting incident validation, documenting playbooks/job aids, preparing program metrics, and providing feedback for DLP policy tuning.Key Responsibilities:Monitor alerts from DLP technologies. Perform initial triage and escalation based on internal processes. Partner with senior DLP leaders to support incident validation. Draft playbooks, job aids, and operational documentation. Provide feedback to technologists responsible for DLP policy tuning and rule effectiveness. Prepare DLP program metrics and routine reporting. Support ad hoc data requests from DLP leadership.
