Join a growing, global manufacturing team known for quality and customer excellence. We’re looking for a detail-driven Inside Sales Representative to support customer accounts and drive sales success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer accounts, quotes, orders, and follow-ups
• Process 50–75 multi-line orders and handle pricing, tracking, and delivery updates
• Support inbound calls (up to ~45/day during rotation) and high-volume email requests
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and outside sales teams
• Handle returns, credits/debits, and shipping logistics
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems and ensure precise order entry

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of manufacturing customer service or sales support
• Strong order entry and product knowledge experience
• ERP/CRM experience (QAD a plus)
• High attention to detail and strong math skills (fractions/decimals)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional communication and strong organizational skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
