This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve accounting processes, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3+ years of accounting or finance experience (preferably in manufacturing), strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets in a fast-paced environment. SAP, HFM, or OneStream experience is a plus. Up to 25% travel may be requiredJOB RESPONSIBILTIES:Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.Maintain or examine the records of government agencies.Advise clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans.Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide adviceREQUIRED SKILLS:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to work with large datasets.Must possess strong analytical mindset.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities.Makes confident, fact-based decisions.Capable of working independently and as part of a team.Ability to think creatively, high-driven, and self-motivated.Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting3+ years of professional experience in an accounting or finance - Preferably in a manufacturing environmentPrior experience with SAP is a plus, but not requiredPrior experience with financial management and reporting tools (i.e. HFM, OneStream) is a plus, but not requiredTeam player with the ability to collaborate across a cross-functional teamUp to 25% travelSalary Target Range: $98,000 - $140,000, bonus eligibleFrom big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!
