If you enjoy hands on work, problem solving, and contributing to a well run organization, we encourage you to apply.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systemsDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issuesRespond to service requests and participate in rotational on call emergency coverageMaintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance recordsFollow established safety procedures and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with vendors and contractors as neededQualificationsEducation & TrainingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredVocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferredRelevant technical certifications preferredKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceWorking knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenanceStrong troubleshooting and problem solving abilitiesExperience in commercial or multi building environments preferredAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAttention to detail, safety awareness, and reliabilityEffective communication and time management skills
