You’ll work alongside leading experts in maternal and infant health while driving the future of healthcare education and engagement.***What You’ll Do-Education Program Manager (Lactation Science)**** Design and develop engaging global education programs, digital, webinars, curricula, and digital learning experiences regarding lactation science.* Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create learner-centered content.* Partner with internal experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to translate complex scientific content into impactful educational experiences.* Lead the design strategy for webinar platforms, e-learning experiences, and digital engagement tools supporting large global audiences.* Create interactive multimedia content, assessments, and educational materials using modern learning technologies.* Analyze learner engagement data and feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness and user experience.* Recommend innovative educational technologies, platforms, and creative approaches to increase healthcare professional engagement.* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align education initiatives with organizational goals.***Qualifications-Education Program Manager (Lactation Science)**** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.* Experience designing scalable educational programs, digital learning experiences, and instructional materials.* Strong expertise with instructional design models, e-learning platforms, webinar technologies, LMS systems, and content authoring tools.* Strong creative thinking, project management, and communication skills.* Experience working within healthcare, medical device, or healthcare professional education environments preferred.* Experience supporting global audiences and collaborating across regions preferred.**What We Offer our Education Program Manager (Lactation Science)*** Salary starting at $110K plus performance-based bonus* Comprehensive benefits plan* 401K with match* ***Money Purchase Plan**** 16-week Paid Parental Leave* Generous PTO package, plus 14 paid holidays* A great place to work!*At Medela, you will be joining a global community of colleagues, united by the purpose that drives our business: helping people.
