You’ll be trained to grow rental utilization, build customer relationships, and represent Cumberland Idealease in the marketplace, with support from experienced leaders every step of the way. What You’ll Learn & Do Business Development — Learn how to identify and pursue new rental opportunities across the Nashville market, and build relationships with contractors, transportation companies, and businesses that depend on reliable equipment. Account Growth — Develop the skills to strengthen relationships with existing customers while uncovering additional opportunities to support their operations. Revenue Ownership — Build the discipline to manage a sales pipeline, follow through on opportunities, and convert activity into business — a foundational skill for any sales career. Customer Engagement — Become a trusted resource for customers needing short-term equipment solutions by learning their operations and matching them with the right equipment. Market Presence — Get hands-on experience representing Cumberland Idealease in the field, staying connected to customers, job sites, and business decision makers. Operational Alignment — Work closely with internal service and support teams to understand the full business and deliver a seamless customer experience.
