Required Skills: Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite Ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal teams Dot certification as a collector Nice to Have Skills: Experience with ERP or accounting systems Previous experience in a transportation or logistics environment Knowledge of compliance regulations related to Dot requirements Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role Other Requirements: Valid Dot certification required Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Ability to support cross-training in various finance and administrative functions Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
