Controller

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and finance operations while serving as a key business partner to executive leadership. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on finance leader with strong manufacturing accounting experience, cost accounting expertise, and a passion for improving processes and driving business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reporting, and management reporting packages Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, product costing, and profitability analysis Manage accounts receivable, cash management, banking relationships, and merchant processing Coordinate sales tax filings, compliance requirements, and external CPA relationships Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning Maintain and enhance ERP systems, accounting processes, and internal controls Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support growth and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Manufacturing industry experience required Strong cost accounting and financial reporting background Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes Experience with ESOP organizations is a plus This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-established and growing manufacturing company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Placement Group, LLC
