Job Description
Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic, high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
J-1 waiver sponsorship is available , with a supported pathway to permanent residency (Green Card) through experienced immigration counsel.
Position Highlights:
- Broad-based general gastroenterology practice including inpatient and outpatient care
- Close-knit, collaborative team of gastroenterologists, advanced practitioners, and experienced nursing staff
- Strong referral network and large service area supporting a robust and diverse case mix
- Supportive infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality care
- Therapeutic endoscopy (ERCP/EUS) within the team
