As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Logistics and Records Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Record Center Specialist 1 Location: Kingston, NY Pay Range: $19 Shift: 8:30 AM - 05:00 PM What's the Job? Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials. Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 pounds. Use hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools to transport items safely. Read labels, track orders, and operate proprietary computer systems and scanners. Load and shrink-wrap pallets, and load pallets onto trucks manually or with equipment. What's Needed? Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending. Capability to lift and carry heavy boxes independently on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and ability to read and write in English. Comfortable working on uneven surfaces and climbing ladders when necessary. Steel or composite toe footwear. What's in it for me?
