Information Technology Asset Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Asset Management Specialist to support our IT Operations team. This role is responsible for tracking hardware assets, maintaining accurate inventory data, and producing reports using advanced Excel. It’s a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills looking to grow in IT asset management. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement through disposal) Maintain and reconcile inventory data; generate regular reports and flag discrepancies Conduct physical and virtual audits to ensure asset accuracy Support vendor tickets and track issue remediation Required Qualifications Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas) 1–3 years of experience in IT asset, inventory, or data-focused roles Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Basic knowledge of IT hardware and ITIL practices Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field Experience with ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, AutoTask) #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
