Responsibilities: • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Qualifications: • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Experience in the food service industry. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
