President / Founder - Goliath Construction Consulting | View phone number on click.appcast.io | Electrical Construction Recruiting The Traveling Electrical Site Safety Coordinator – Data Center Construction supports large-scale electrical data center projects across the U.S. This role is vital in promoting and enforcing safety culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and site-specific safety standards. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-tech construction environments, is comfortable traveling, and is dedicated to safety on mission-critical sites. Responsibilities Serve as the on-site safety lead for electrical crews at data center projects. Implement and maintain site-specific safety plans per company and client standards. Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, JHAs, and ensure PPE compliance. Investigate incidents and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions. Collaborate with project teams to promote safety. Maintain safety documentation, including training and inspection records. Ensure adherence to OSHA, NFPA 70E, and related safety codes. Support safety training for new hires and subcontractors. Qualifications Over 3 years of construction safety experience, preferably in electrical or data center environments. OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications are a plus. Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety protocols. Proven ability to manage safety on fast-paced, multi-trade sites. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel full-time and adapt to new sites.
