Job Summary: As a Solutions Associate, you'll support the Team Lead Solutions Executive in managing evaluation, quoting, proposal development, implementation, and ongoing servicing of client groups. You'll be a central point of coordination between brokers, carriers, clients, and internal stakeholdersensuring clients receive exceptional service at every step.

Key Responsibilities: Manage intake processes for new client groups, reviewing documentation and verifying accuracy Source and coordinate missing information with brokers, clients, and carriers Track and manage quoting opportunities, following up proactively with carriers Analyze Medicare and retirement health benefit solutions, plan designs, pricing, and network options Collaborate on strategic recommendations and prepare professional proposals for clients and brokers Guide clients through implementation, coordinating enrollment, tracking milestones, and ensuring a smooth transition Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and deliver prompt status updates to brokers and clients
