COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Kalamazoo, MI. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for daily living. Apply and a recruiter will reach out with assignment details. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Client requires availability for a standard 5x8 days schedule with work hours of 08:30–16:30 and a 30-minute meal break. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow documented treatment plans. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Location Highlights Kalamazoo area offers a mix of urban and outdoor activities.
