Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation and quality meet established standards. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience. Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure coordinated and consistent service delivery.
