Dietician Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietician to join our team at Village Green Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bristol, CT. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement individualized nutritional plans for residents and patients Conduct assessments and monitor the nutritional status of residents and patients Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans Provide educational resources and support to residents, patients, and family members Conduct food demonstrations and nutrition counseling sessions Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and nutrition plans Stay abreast of industry developments, trends, and best practices in nutrition and dietetics About the Role: As a Dietician at Village Green Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values compassion, teamwork, and excellence in patient care. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible to become registered Current licensure in the state of Connecticut Minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively Additional Information: JOB TYPE: PER_DIEM
