Your Role
- Help customers navigate the loan application and approval process
- Provide support through collections and payment solutions
- Maintain accurate loan files and ensure regulatory compliance
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Assist in daily branch operations, including leadership support
What You Bring
- 1+ year of customer service experience (collections preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and solid organizational habits
- Comfort with basic math and computer systems
