Available Schedules Part‑Time | 15 - 25+ hours per week Block Schedule Options Include: Block 1: Monday – Friday 3 pm – 8 pm Block 2: Monday – Friday 3 pm – 6 pm Block 3: Monday – Friday 5 pm – 8 pm Block 4: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3 pm – 8 pm What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Use evidence‑based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior goals Collect and record accurate session data using digital platforms Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation What We're Looking For Passion for working with children and making an impact Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the ABA field Preferred (but not required): Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience in ABA, behavioral health, childcare, education, or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field Perks & Benefits Sign on Bonus Fully Paid RBT Certification, CEUs for ongoing certification Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Paid sick time and/or PTO Mileage reimbursement or travel support Employee referral bonus program Consistent caseloads and scheduling stability #J-18808-Ljbffr
