Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough evaluations focused on anatomy and physiology.
• Develop personalized care plans that incorporate evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient rehabilitation.
• Implement treatment interventions aimed at restoring movement, alleviating pain, and promoting recovery in inpatient, outpatient, home health, or community settings.
• Coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care environments.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining compliance with medical terminology standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology underpinning effective physiotherapy practices.
• Proven experience in acute care, inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, home health services, or community-based programs.
• Expertise in discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management.
• Skilled in various physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Excellent understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and patient care documentation.
