This area is characterized by small family farms and offers more public land for exploration than any other part of Iowa. Waukon is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Decorah, IA, and an hour from La Crosse, WI.

Applicants must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible in the specified medical field. Additionally, candidates must possess or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region without restrictions or limitations.

Medical staff within our organization will oversee advanced practice clinicians and may be required to provide outreach services as part of their responsibilities. Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff is a fundamental aspect of our medical education philosophy and is expected of all medical personnel.
