Designer

We're seeking an experienced Designer to lead a growing design department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on building efficient processes, improving design quality, and developing high-performing teams. What You'll Do As the Designer, you'll oversee the internal design function while partnering closely with operations, production, and outsourced design resources to ensure every project is accurate, efficient, and production-ready. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the design team Review and audit structural/component designs before production release Drive continuous improvements in design quality and department processes Ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with engineering standards Coordinate design revisions and customer-driven changes Identify opportunities to reduce material waste and improve efficiency Support production and field operations by minimizing design-related issues Collaborate with internal departments to improve communication and workflow Monitor key quality metrics and implement corrective actions when needed What We're Looking For We're looking for a proactive leader.
