Shipping & Receiving III

Location: Murrieta CA

Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM possibly work until 5:00 PM. A few Saturdays per month may be required.

We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company in the Murrieta area. This role is responsible for receiving inspecting documenting storing and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify materials against purchase orders packing slips and invoices.

Inspect shipments for damage discrepancies and missing items.

Pick stage pack load and ship orders according to schedules.

Operate forklifts pallet jacks overhead cranes and other material handling equipment.

Enter receiving and inventory transactions into an ERP system (SAP Oracle or similar).

Label organize and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.

Coordinate with Purchasing Quality Production and Logistics teams.

Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and a clean safe work environment.

Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

3–5 years of shipping/receiving experience.

Forklift and material handling experience.

Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail organization and communication skills.

Basic math computer and data entry skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.

Forklift certification and SAP/Oracle experience are a plus.
