Proman is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team in Spindale, NC. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, including first responders and emergency personnel, providing support with billing inquiries, payments, technical assistance, and service-related concerns.

Pay Rate: $14/hour + Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: MondayFriday

Shift: 8-hour shift (between 11:00 AM 11:00 PM)

Location: Spindale, NC

Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs
• Handle high-volume inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and technical service issues
• Investigate concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions
• Clearly explain available options and guide customers through solutions
• Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
• Meet performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and attendance
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or collections experience (telecommunications industry preferred)
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems while on calls
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
• Reliable with strong attendance and schedule adherence
