They’re looking to bring on a Superintendent with commercial experience to support a growing pipeline of projects in the Rockford area.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from start through completion
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Ensure projects stay on track for safety, quality, and timelines
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and internal teams

What they’re looking for:

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to run projects independently and keep teams aligned
