Referral Intake Specialist (Fully Remote)

Evaluate referrals, review medical records, and perform initial telephone evaluations. Collaborate with staff and health professionals to optimize donation opportunities. Provide education to hospital staff and support family donation discussions. Schedule: Day or night shifts, including 12-hour rotations. About four weekends per month and holiday coverage. Qualifications: 1-2 years as EMT-P, LPN, RT, or OPO experience. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Medical terminology and record review experience.
