CEI Senior Inspector

Job Description AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Senior Inspector to support transportation and infrastructure projects located in Tallahassee, Florida. Responsibilities Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties, field inspections, audit duties, and maintaining inspection records. Perform highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, marking, and checking engineering computations; inspect construction work and conduct field tests. Coordinate and manage lower‑level inspectors. Perform work under the general supervision of the Project Administrator. Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Set and meet own project deadlines. Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees. Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning. Track quality assurance progress. Provide input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma plus 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. U.S. Citizenship is required. Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review. Preferred Qualifications 4 years of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction. CTQP Final Estimates Level I. CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I. Offered compensation range: USD 30 – USD 45 per hour, based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
