Department: Clinical/Nursing

Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours/week, 3 x 12 hour shifts

Compensation: $22.27/ hour; Night shift eligiblefor $1.00 shift differential, $1,500 NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS!

How our CNAs Serve ourChildren:
Voorhees Pediatric Facility provides a nurturing and home-like atmospherefilled with attentive and dedicated staff. All staff will work collaborativelyto support residents with significant medical complexities and potentialcognitive impairments. Under the direction of a licensed practical nurse andregistered professional nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant will supportholistic care to a medically-fragile community of infants, children, adolescentsand young adults. #V1

Daily tasks willinclude:

• Feeding, dressing andbathing patients
• Responding with promptcourtesy to requests of patients and their families, and to other members ofthe healthcare team
• Housekeeping duties, includinglinens and waste disposal and general upkeep of patient rooms
• Ensuring patients arecared for in a timely manner in respect to individual schedules

Position Requirements:

• Current New JerseyC.N.A licensure
• Current/Active CPRCertification (only AHA or ARC are accepted; certification must includecognitive and skills training).
• Two years relatedexperience, preferred

• Strong attention todetail
• Excellent timekeepingskills
• Ability to managedemands of multiple residents with prompt attention and care.

Physical Requirements:

• Candidate must be ableto assist with patient lifting, turning, repositioning and transfers
