Requisition ID: 19619 Remote Work Available: No Job Title: Inventory Specialist Department: Cultivation Operations Reports To: Inventory Supervisor FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt, Hourly Location: Monticello, FL Job Summary The Inventory Specialist role requires a hands‑on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. The role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility and reports directly to the Cultivation Manager. It provides support for all cultivation staff, including policies and procedures, schedules, and training. Key Responsibilities Count the plants within their respective locations. Ensure the tallied amount is properly reflected in the inventory system. Move plants and assign them to new rooms. Utilize spreadsheets and Excel. Perform inventory in multiple facilities. Track all plants in the warehouses daily to ensure accuracy. Update changes or new status of plants in the system. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail. Quick learner and team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong time‑management skills. Attend inventory system training sessions as needed. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV). Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening. Physical Requirements Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and move or carry that weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance. Work seated or standing at workstations for extended periods; maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching; use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, and pinch frequently or constantly. Handle organic matter daily; wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection); be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater). Have visual acuity with or without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts or details; clarity of vision at 20 ft or more day and night/dark conditions. Speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co‑workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise). Benefits Salary will be commensurate with experience.
