Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility, San Rafael, CA

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team providing skilled nursing care in San Rafael, CA. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while gaining experience in a new setting. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care preferred.
