Customer Success Coordinator

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing company looking to add a Customer Success Coordinator to their remote team. This is a great entry point for someone who loves helping people, stays organized under pressure, and wants to build a career in customer success. You will be the friendly first line of support for customers, helping them get the most value out of the product from day one.

Day to day, you will juggle inboxes, onboarding checklists, and check-in calls while keeping a close eye on customer health signals. People who thrive in this role are naturally curious, quick to learn new tools, and genuinely enjoy solving problems for others. If you like clear processes but also know how to think on your feet when something unexpected comes up, you will fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers
• Guide customers through onboarding and initial product setup
• Respond promptly to customer questions via email, chat, and phone
• Track customer health metrics and flag at-risk accounts to the team
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM
• Coordinate renewal and upsell conversations with the account management team
• Assist in creating help articles, FAQs, and onboarding materials
• Schedule and support customer check-in calls and quarterly reviews
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and support teams
• Help troubleshoot basic account and product issues before escalating

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new software tools quickly
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations at once
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through on tasks
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or internship experience a plus
• Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people succeed
