2A ICU

Up to $30,000 Sign On Bonus Offered to Eligible Individuals

2A ICU is a 21-bed medical/surgical ICU serving high acuity medical ICU patients. The unit population is cardiac interventions, SARS, cardiogenic shock, rotoprone, post-partum critical care patients and complex care ICU patients most of which have a medical or cardiac diagnosis.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an Associate's Degree in Nursing will be acceptable for initial hire with the understanding that the individual must be enrolled within 12 months in a Bachelors Degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
• Basic Life Support
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment
