Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. Experience with the digital advertising ecosystem. Experience using data, A/B testing, and experimentation to drive product decisions. Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. You will own the vision to build an agentic, outcome‑based, cross‑channel budget decisioning and media buying future. This foundational platform will ensure Google can secure long‑term growth in an increasingly AI and cloud‑driven Adtech ecosystem. Historically, advertisers have been forced to translate complex business objectives into fragmented technical settings (bidding strategies, opaque conversion values, and channel‑specific configurations). In this role, you will lead a paradigm shift: building a holistic, business‑centric goals framework that transitions Google Ads from siloed technical configurations into a natural language, intent‑driven, cross‑channel orchestration engine. Google Ads is at the forefront of AI innovation, applying cutting‑edge machine learning and Generative AI models like Gemini to power a multi‑billion dollar global business. US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Advocate for advertiser needs across advertiser platform and quality teams for key verticals, ensuring that we deliver value to advertisers with a comprehensive product suite. Develop a product roadmap and strategy to creatively meet advertiser needs and capture incremental value. Interface directly with customers and sales teams to gather feedback, solve customer issues, and ensure alignment between the product roadmap and their needs. Act as a lead for cross‑functional teams across various roles and functions, including Engineering, UX, and Sales.
