Your future role at a glance Location: Murfreesboro, TN Facility: Saint Thomas Rutherford Department: Wound Care Schedule: PRN How you'll make an impact in this role Direct Patient Care: Deliver expert wound care following healthcare organization policies. Care Plan Management: Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized patient care plans. Clinical Monitoring: Assess, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions. Care Coordination: Act as primary liaison across disciplines for seamless patient outcomes. Order Execution: Note and accurately carry out physician and nursing orders. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
