Overview This position requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia. It is a permanent full‑time expatriate position with an attractive relocation package. The role is a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist in the Digital & IT (D&IT) Strategy & Investment Department, within the D&IT Governance Risk & Compliance Division. The specialist will develop and implement governance frameworks across Aramco's D&IT and group companies. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain governance across Aramco's group companies and within D&IT, ensuring industry standards. Conduct knowledge sharing and capacity building through training and certification guidance. Develop executive‑level reports and presentations for stakeholders. Represent the division at local and international events and conferences. Develop governance project charters, roles, responsibilities (RAICs), strategies, communication protocols, deployment schedules, and change management plans. Design and implement COBIT and IT governance frameworks. Create cost‑benefit analysis, gap analysis, and KPIs to measure governance performance. Conduct IT performance assessments and maturity evaluation, setting improvement targets. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent. More than 20 years of experience in D&IT governance, including at least 10 years in developing and deploying COBIT and D&IT frameworks. More than 10 years of experience deploying D&IT projects and providing consultation and training. Accredited professional certifications: COBIT Design and Implementation certificate; Certified CMMI Professional.
