Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis (DIA) - Per Diem

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions (HWS), a subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in dialysis to join their clinical team in Blacksburg, VA. Responsibilities Provide dialysis treatments and support patients undergoing dialysis. Assess patients prior to dialysis treatment. Monitor vital signs, including frequent blood pressure and heart rate, to maintain hemodynamics during treatment. Assess vascular access (fistula, graft, central venous line) and obtain patient weight to determine fluid volume. Perform hemodialysis procedures in accordance with facility policies. Monitor patients during dialysis and assess any emergent changes. Administer and chart all prescribed pre, intra, and post dialysis medications. Qualifications Current and unencumbered State Nursing License. Minimum one year of recent dialysis experience. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
