This leader will guide architecture, engineering, compliance, and operational security functions to support mission‑critical environments across CONUS and OCONUS locations spanning 150 programs, and 27,000 employees.In this role, you will direct engineering teams, collaborate with senior leaders, and influence enterprise‑wide cyber strategies. You will ensure alignment with DoD, NIST, Zero Trust, and emerging cyber mandates while managing high‑visibility programs and delivering secure, scalable solutions.More about this RoleProvide management of staff supporting robust and evolving cybersecurity program and related cyber tooling protecting the CACI networks and supporting compliance requirements amongst our programs, mitigation of emerging threats, and development of novel solutions to new requirementsWork with Cyber Operations and Threat Teams to assess the security, risk, and compliance levels of supported systemsMonitor trends in cybersecurity threats as well as NIST 800 standards in support of these systemsSupport mitigation strategies and track stakeholder implementation to ensure risks are qualified and addressed appropriatelyUse data analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable reporting to track the security posture of CACI’s infrastructureWork with CACI and third parties to develop robust solutions to support CACI’s internal and external support needsResponsibilities:Ability to work in a multi-functional team-centric environmentAbility to manage small to medium sized teams consisting of geographically dispersed highly technical engineersDevelop weekly plans and provide on-going status reporting for major projects and initiativesSupport engineering process and documentation enhancementsAbility to lead productive meetings and manage tasking across our teamsAbility to work with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels, technical to senior leadershipStrong presentation, written, and oral communication skillsMaintain strong vendor and partner relationshipsAbility to lead across Cyber and IT teams within CACI to drive results in alignment with industry standardsAbility to translate security and technology requirements to non-technical staffQualifications:Required:BA/BS in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity/Engineering or similarMinimum ten (10) years of experience including seven (7) years of leadership experienceStrong Cyber Security and IT backgroundAbility to obtain a security clearanceNetworking and Cyber Defensive tool expertiseAbility to mentor and develop individual technical contributors at various competenciesStrong knowledge and use of AI technologiesDesired:CYSA+, CISSP, CEH, Security+, and other security or network-based certificationsSecret or Top-Secret clearancePrevious experience with the management of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities.Experience with risk management frameworks, DFARS regulations, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, othersDemonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge in three or more of the following NIST 800 seriesCMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification)Risk management and mitigation strategiesImplementation of security tools across Windows, Mac, and Linux platformsFamiliarity of cloud architectures including PaaS/IaaS/SaaS implementationsKnowledge and understanding of multifactor authentication, identity, and user privilege elevationDefense in depth strategiesAttack surface reduction techniques-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
