Full-Time & Part-Time • Every Other Weekend • Memory Care Community

Make a real difference every shift. As a CNA on our memory care team, you'll help residents living with dementia stay safe, comfortable, and connected and you'll be backed by a team that treats caregiving as a craft, not just a job.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, working every other weekend. We're currently filling the following shifts-please state which shift(s) you're available to work when you apply:

• Day Shift-7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift-3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Night Shift-11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support residents with daily activities-bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with patience and dignity

• Track and report changes in resident health or behavior so care teams can respond quickly

• Plan and lead meaningful activities that bring residents comfort, connection, and joy

• Build genuine relationships with residents and families through attentive, personalized care

• Partner with nurses and care staff to keep each resident's care plan on track

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Active CNA certification (required)

• Experience in assisted living; memory care experience a plus

• Comfort reading and following a Resident Care Service Plan

• Experience with dementia care preferred, we'll help you build these skills further

• A calm, compassionate presence and genuine enjoyment of working with older adults
