Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: West Chester, PA
Setting: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Pay Range: $63.65 - $66.83 per hour
Schedule: 36 Hours per week (Three 12-hour shifts/week) (Note: Every 3rd weekend or more if willing, every other holiday, no on-call requirements unless census drops unexpectedly)

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Level 3 NICU care
• Qualified applicants MUST have NRP and BLS certifications
• BSN degree required
• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania or willing to obtain
• Be willing to obtain State licensure

• Provide Level 3 neonatal care, including CPAP, vents, and UVC lines.
• Support in labor and delivery when needed, delivering strong developmental care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
