Treatment Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Treatment Coordinator for a top orthodontic healthcare client. This individual will own the patient consultation experience from initial greeting through treatment presentation and close.
This is a sales role that does not require a dental/health background. They will play a critical role in helping patients understand their treatment options, discussing financial plans, and creating a positive experience that drives same-day starts.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, highly personable, comfortable discussing finances, and energized by building relationships with patients. Candidates with backgrounds in orthodontics, healthcare, hospitality, or sales who thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment are encouraged to apply.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, payment plans, and financial options
- Confidence handling sales-oriented conversations and closing opportunities
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fluent Spanish-English bilingual ability with capability to conduct a full patient consultation in Spanish
- Background in dentistry, orthodontics, or health

There are three locations you would be moving between
Monday: New Orleans East: 10980 I-10 Service Rd. New Orleans LA 70128
Tuesday: New Orleans West bank: 2800 Manhattan Blvd. Harvey, LA 70058
Wednesday & Thursday: New Orleans East: 10980 I-10 Service Rd. New Orleans LA 70128
Friday: Laplace: 170 Belle Terre Blvd. Laplace, LA 70068
One day is typically dedicated to admin work. Still on site.
1 Monday per month at LaPlace, other 3 Mondays at East location
