Registered Nurse - Level 1 Trauma

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

AM Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 (3 × 12 hr shifts, totaling 36 hrs/week)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably 3 years in a Level 1 Trauma setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with titrating vasoactive medications and must hold an RN Level 4 certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to trauma patients.
• Administer vasoactive medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate titration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vitals and recognize urgent health changes.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided in the medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience; 3 years in a Level 1 Trauma environment is preferred.
• RN Level 4 certification required.
• Experience with titrating vasoactive medications is essential.
