Family Medicine Physician

Galileo Health seeks a culturally sensitive Family Medicine Physician to join our hybrid primary care team. You will deliver clinical care both digitally and in person, using data, technology, and clinical judgment to optimize outcomes and support shared decision making with patients. You will travel monthly to onsite clinics in Bastrop and McGregor, TX, and provide care across ages 0–100, including chronic conditions, in a diverse, inclusive setting with a strong emphasis on patient experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
