Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Or Physician AssistantCompany: Commonwealth Medical ServicesLocation: Varies Based On Available PositionsOverview: Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive care to patients across diverse demographics. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions, as well as promoting preventative health measures and educating patients about their health.Key Responsibilities:Perform physical examinations, assess patient health, and deliver medical treatment.Prescribe medications, manage chronic diseases, and recommend lifestyle changes to improve patient health.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.Document patient care and maintain accurate health records in accordance with established guidelines.Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics.Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
