Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $120,000–$180,000 per year

White’s Auto Mall CDJR is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our management team in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

This is an opportunity for a proven automotive professional who knows how to lead a sales team, structure profitable deals, develop salespeople, close customers, and consistently produce results .

We are looking for a hands-on manager who understands that successful automotive retail is built on accountability, process, customer service, gross profit, and volume.

This is not an entry-level management position . Previous automotive dealership management experience is required. Previous experience with Stellantis brands—Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram—is a plus.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings: $120,000–$180,000

Compensation is performance-based and designed to reward strong sales leadership and dealership results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the dealership sales team

• Desk and structure new and pre-owned vehicle deals

• Work directly with salespeople to improve closing percentages and gross profit

• Assist with customer negotiations and closing deals

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals

• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations

• Monitor leads, appointments, show rates, closing percentages, and follow-up activity

• Ensure CRM processes are consistently followed

• Monitor vehicle sales, front-end gross, volume, and other key dealership KPIs

• Conduct sales meetings and individual coaching sessions

• Maintain a strong management presence on the sales floor

• Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department

• Help maintain an accountable, competitive, and customer-focused sales culture

• Ensure dealership policies and procedures are consistently followed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership sales management experience required

• Stellantis/CDJR dealership experience is a plus

• Proven track record of automotive sales performance

• Strong desking and deal-structuring skills

• Strong closing and negotiation abilities

• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a sales team

• Understanding of dealership gross profit, volume, closing percentages, and other key performance indicators

• Experience with automotive CRM and dealership management systems

• Ability to manage performance and hold team members accountable

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
