WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?  
At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids 6 months through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends running the playground and raising their hands high in the classroom. In other words… kids who will win at life!

 
Does work have to be... work? We like to work hard and play harder because we're big kids at heart (iykyk). KidStrong is a vibe. A really fun, positive, happy one! Put on some black joggers and socks, and WORK IT. When we say #greatplacetowork, we mean it - snacks, living wages, and fun are all part of the pkg. Plus a flexible schedule and maybe even cake on the weekends.

Who are you? 

• Someone who is high-energy, loves to build community. 
• A team player who follows through and always gives 100% 
• Reliable and communicative. Our kids will bond with you, so ghosts need not apply.

Your skill set: 

• A genuine love for young children – from 6months to 11 years
• Ability to work 2-5 shifts per week, including some weekend hours 
• Commitment to train hard and take direction well/easily 
• Stage presence – if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do – it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy!)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills 

A background in sports, fitness or working with children is a huuuuge plus! 

What’s in it for you: Pay starts at $18 per hour. Average trained staff member earns $20+/hr! Our families are very generous and take good care of our party hosts on weekends. Our classes typically run weekdays 9am -12pm, evenings 4pm until 8pm, and weekends are typically from 8am-2pm (parties 2:30pm-8).  We also have camp shifts (8:30am-3pm) when school is out.
