Part-Time Barista

We're looking for a part-time Barista to join Fitzgerald Caf, located within Fitzgerald Pharmacy in Whitefish Bay, part of Hayat Pharmacy, a locally owned pharmacy group serving the Milwaukee area.

This is a great fit for someone who already has hands-on barista experience and enjoys working in a smaller, high-quality caf environment.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail, while creating a welcoming experience for guests.

This includes:

• Taking orders and preparing drinks using espresso equipment and grinders
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift
• Answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Handling payments accurately
• Supporting light food prep and restocking as needed
• Working independently at times while keeping service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Previous barista experience required (experience with espresso machines strongly preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
• Friendly, professional communication with guests and team members
• Ability to stay organized and take initiative during slower and busier periods

Experience in smaller cafs or with manual espresso machines is a plus.
