This is an independent, 100% commission-based opportunity. Earnings are based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Identify each client’s needs, priorities, and long-term goals

• Present and clearly explain appropriate products and solutions

• Guide clients through the application and approval process

• Provide ongoing client support and exceptional service

• Participate in required training and professional development sessions

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

• Sales experience is helpful but not required; complete training is provided

• Must be willing and eligible to obtain a state life insurance license

• Motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine passion for helping individuals and families
